Tretower Court:

*Spring is definitely right around the corner; Beynon has redoubled his efforts to woo the resistant Raewyn. Sod doesn't know how to take 'no' for an answer. Good fellow.
*Have not been able to find information concerning the breeding habits of the Opaleyes in my old journals. Definitely have to track down Albin Gabrys.

*Met one of Charlie's brothers, a Fred Weasley. Good man. Creates all sorts of interesting things. I've now the items necessary to turn Charlie a nice shade of lavender.
*Also purchased a good amount of fireworks. I've a mind to go back and spend an obscene amount of money for more of them.
*Need to invite the brothers over for a bit of firewhiskey. Would be a good time to have Lyra 'unexpectedly' drop in. Maybe to the Cat & Fiddle for a pint, if only to make up to Charlie for all that's planned for him.

*I think I'll throw a party at Tretower for Gwen's birthday. It's not until April, but that gives me a bit of time to meet people. Also a great time to use the stockpile of explosives I'll have by then.
*Speaking of, I want to meet this Tristan and Regan whom Lyra was talking of. She doesn't even know that she likes them beyond her normal reserved nature. That in itself deserves a perusing; who are these people that make my sister more open, comfortable?

*Met a beautiful young woman in Diagon, a Miss Romilda Vane. Auror in training. Bright. Young. A bit of calculated guile to her, but she's not lost the knack of a true smile or laugh. I think I'll invite her to lunch sometime if she's inclined as I truly enjoyed her company. A bit of fire and sauce to that one.

*Little umbrellas, indeed. Put the lot of us to shame. Is why we buy explosives.
